Eptica, a MATRAnet spin off, becomes a new player on the Web Call Center market with its solution M>WebTouch

Paris, October 2, 2001, Eptica, a MATRAnet spin off, becomes a new player on the Web Call Center market with its solution M>WebTouch. After having re-focused its activities around the IT security market and joined the Security division of EADS Telecom, MATRAnet has handed over its solution M>WebTouch to the new entity Eptica.

In addition to the e-CRM software solution M>WebTouch, the spin off benefits from an established and experienced team, a customer base of approximately 20 clients and a presence in 10 countries through a network of international partners. This spin off is an illustration of the sowing policy of the EADS Group, of which MATRAnet is a subsidiary; it allows its employees to become their own bosses by creating a separate entity dedicated to the development and commercialization of products and services.

Headed by Olivier Njamfa and Thierry Gandilhon, Eptica edits the leading e-CRM software solution Eptica Enterprise Suite M>WebTouch enabling e-business orientated companies or companies who want to take full advantage of their Web site, to create, develop and manage in real-time their relationships with clients, suppliers or partners via the Internet.

The Eptica Enterprise Suite M>WebTouch is distributed through its international network of partners to established blue chip companies such as Intel (USA), DealTime (USA), Peace Systems Integration (Taiwan), Mundoviaje.com (Spain), Cetelem (France) and Assurdiscount.com (France).
