Eptica signs a World Agreement with PPR Group

Worldwide group agreement between PPR group and Eptica, the leading French e-CRM software editor

As part of its global e-CRM strategy and after having deployed Eptica's Email Management solution in various subsidiaries of the group (La Redoute, Fnac.com, Vertbaudet, Daxon, Somewhere…), PPR has signed a group-wide agreement with Eptica, the French ERMS (Email Response Management Solution) leader.

This agreement will ensure a coherent, centralised group approach to all PPR's Customer Relation Management projects and will equally facilitate further cooperation between the different brands and Eptica. Indeed, it will enable PPR's subsidiaries, both in France and worldwide, to acquire Eptica's solutions at negotiated group-level conditions.

The return on investment, in terms of increased productivity and higher service levels has been demonstrated, time and time again, by the various brands currently using Eptica. Hence, from now on, other subsidiaries will also be able to leverage Eptica's comprehensive range of e-CRM features such as the intelligent routing of incoming emails and its advanced response aid tools. The solution equally provides customer representatives with the full client's history as well as extensive monitoring and reporting features allowing for example, customer reps to follow their performances and managers to obtain a global view of the contact center activity.
